Metal serrated gasket is made of flat metal rings with special processing techniques that make 90-degree-angle wave-like shapes or serrated shapes on the ring surface. Suitable for places with high pressures and high temperatures. With good performance in corrosion prevention and stable sealing work, it can be widely used with flanges and connection areas in chemical plants, power plants, nuclear power stations as well as other fields.

According to the different positions and requirements, the metal serrated gaskets can be made into composition gaskets with internal and external rings and with flexible graphite, soft PTFE, asbestos-free materials on both sides.

Range of dimensions: 10～5000mm in diameter; special specifications and other special non-standard parts can be made according to customer’s requirements.

Quality Control:

The suppliers are required to keep records of and put labels to each incoming production materials and each production procedures to ensure that the products and quality are controllable and traceable according to ISO9001 system. We will carry out inspection of semi-finished products and finished products, not including the supplier's own internal daily in-process inspection, to guarantee that the quality of the goods will match and exceed customers' expectations.

And more importantly, each supplier will be carefully chosen before production because we have to ensure there will be no potential risks in production.

For parts to be used in automobile industry, we supplier full set level 3 PPAP documents and carry out SPC analysis to ensure the parts can reach customers' requirements.

Packing of Goods:
The goods are packed in neutral 20-25kg outer cartons, or in small boxes first then in 20-25kg cartons on fumigated wooden European-type or American-type pallets. And if customers have special requirements on cartons or small boxes with special prints, it will also be feasible for us.Moreover, we can also supply the goods in various kinds of plastic small boxes according to respective customer requirements.

Payment Terms:

30% wire transfer after order confirmation and the balance should be paid against copy of bill of lading after delivery, or we can do L/C at customer’s requirements.

Delivery Terms:

FOB, CIF or DDU according to customer’s requirements.

Shipment:
The agreed timetable of delivery of goods will be strictly followed. And in case of urgent need, we may also make special arrangement for customers. We may make shipments with full containers, less load containers or airfreight for customers.


Shipment documents:

We will supply commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, insurance policy and certificate of inspection within 3-5 days after delivery.
